Concertina Sterling Silver Charm

Bought this as a gift for a friend who is a concertina nut and very difficult to buy gifts for. He was absolutely delighted with it - just needs to work out how to display or use it (too good for a keyring attachment, but maybe on a chain?). Being a bloke he doesn't wear charm bracelets!
