Until further notice all purchases from this website will be delivered postage free.

In the UK your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class post with or without recorded delivery, or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

For International orders the service will be either Standard first class airmail, Airsure or International Signed For (ISF).

Postal insurance is included with all orders.

Please note, expedited services which are Special Delivery or Airsure / ISF can be purchased as an option with all orders. Please note: The delivery address will be the address entered with Paypal regardless of the delivery address entered on the website. Please make sure your preferred delivery address is selected with your payment on the Paypal system.

Making a purchase

Add items to your shopping basket from the product details page. With many items you will be asked to choose options first. You will see your basket on all pages at the top right of the website. Click 'View Basket' for more detail and to continue through checkout. On this page you may add more items to your basket, change quantities, delete items and edit your address details. When you are satisfied with your order click the 'Place order now' button. On our website final page you may add any notes or delivery advice. From this page you will be directed to the PayPal secure payment pages. Select the 'PayPal Direct Payment' radio button and click 'Pay Now'.

You are now within the secure PayPal system. Please note the padlock icon in your toolbar and the https secure address.If you have a paypal account you may log in now. If you do not want to use your paypal account or you do not have a PayPal account, click the button which says 'Don't have a paypal account - pay with your debit or credit card'

On the following screen you may enter your preferred payment option and check your address details. Please make sure the address you select here is the address you want the order to be dispatched to.

On the final page you will be asked to review and confirm your details and make payment.Your bank may ask you to verify your card. If you have not previously done so, your bank may require you to register a password for your card.

When payment is complete you will be redirected back to our website and you will see a confirmation of order note. You will shortly receive a payment advice email from PayPal and later an order confirmation email from our website.

If you cancel your order from the paypal pages you will be returned to our website and will see an order failed note. You may try again or collect a new basket.

You may check your order details, order history and update or change personal information from 'your account' on our homepage.

If you do not want to pay by credit or debit card you may fill your basket as normal and send a sterling cheque (minimum £20), postal order or cash (by secure post), for the total amount. You may also pay by bank transfer (BACS) - please ask for our bank details. It is important when making payment by these manual methods that you inform us as soon as possible that you wish to pay this way and you must also tell us when payment has been made or sent. Product Details

Sizes given on this website are in millimeters (mm). There are 10 millimeters to one centimeter. Charms and pendants are measured without attached links, rings, and clips to give their true size.

There are 2.5 centimeters or 25 millimeters to one inch. Many items are shown photographed next to a ruler to give accurate scale. Note that photographs are not intended to be life size and are often enlarged to show the detail more clearly.

Weights are given in grams. There are 1000 grams to one kilo.

1 ounce (avoirdupois) = 28.349523125 grams. This is the common measurement of the ounce and the one we would use for comparison on this site.

1 ounce (troy) = 31.1034768 grams. This measurement is used mainly in the bullion markets.

The standard precious metals we use are:

Sterling Silver, which has been the British standard for hundreds of years, 92.5% purity (925)

18 Carat Gold, which is a hallmarkable gold alloy of 75% purity (750);

9 Carat Gold, which is a hallmarkable gold alloy of 37.5% purity (375);

Platinum. The common standard hallmarkable purity of this precious metal is 95% (950).

Guarantee & Terms

These guarantees and terms are given without affecting your statutory rights under British law.

We promise to process your order with due care and attention. If we have failed in this respect we will refund your purchase price on return of goods in original unused condition.

We guarantee the purity of the precious metals we use, which is backed up by the independent British hallmarking system.

If the goods purchased are substandard, differ from the description given or are not what you want, you may cancel your order in writing, within fourteen working days of delivery and we will refund your purchase price (on return of goods in original unused condition).

Please note that commissions and special orders are not refundable unless they are substandard or have been misrepresented. Postage and packing costs are only refundable if Welded Bliss is in error. If you have reason for complaint we will deal with this efficaciously.

Returns

Any items returned for any reason should be securely packaged including original presentation cases and sent by a method which guarantees safe delivery.

Welded Bliss recommends Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please contact us before making a return and we will send you a printable return form and address label.

Prices

Whilst we endeavour to keep prices stable, the precious metal market is prone to fluctuation and we reserve the right to alter prices without notice.

However in any case the price listed at time of order will be the price you pay.

Quotations will be valid for 72 hours unless the metal market moves by more than 5% within this period.

All prices on this website are in pounds sterling, conversions from other currencies will be made at the prevailing rate.

The sale contract will be in English.

Postal charges may be added to the purchase price, which will be stated prior to checkout. Please see our delivery section above for current charges.

The representation of goods

Every effort is made to correctly represent all goods; however photographs are not intended to be to scale and should not be seen as such. Colours should also be seen as broadly representative and not precise.

The weights stipulated on this website are for guidance and are considered to be accurate; however we set a tolerance of 5% above or below stated weights.
